How it works
From first email to an empty kitchen
No listing, no waiting for a buyer to show up. You deal with one buyer from start to finish.

Photos of each unit, a clear photo of the data plate with model and serial number, and the location.
Get a written offer
We confirm the model and condition and send a price by email. No obligation.
Agree on terms
Price, payment and the pickup date are agreed in writing before anything is moved.
Pickup or shipping
We can arrange pickup and freight, or you ship it to us. Whatever is easier for that piece.

It depends on the equipment and where it is. We can arrange pickup and freight, or you can ship it to us. We'll agree on this together before the deal is final.
Do you only buy what is listed on this page?
No. The list shows common items. Send photos of anything from a commercial kitchen and we'll tell you if we can make an offer.
Do you buy equipment that doesn't work?
Often, yes. Tell us what is wrong with it and we'll price it accordingly.
The equipment is still installed. Is that a problem?
No. Tell us how it is connected (gas, electric, hood) and we'll plan a safe disconnection with you.
Why do you need the data plate?
It shows the exact model and serial number, and the serial usually tells us the year. It is the fastest way to an accurate offer.
